- All orders placed before 1 pm are usually shipped that day unless stated otherwise. All orders are shipped first class royal mail so should take no longer than 2 business days to reach you, however please allow at least 10 days for delivery before contacting us. Orders outside of the UK may take up to 28 days.
- Actionlab reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Actionlab does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Actionlab is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

We intend to offer our customers the most secure shopping environment possible and ensure that any information called by us will be used to fulfill your orders and to give you the best customer service possible. We do not pass on any details to third parties without your consent.
- Returns & Replacements

Actionlab committed to ensuring the maximum level of customer satisfied when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitle you return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with any swing tags intact.
The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. Actionlab will refund the cost of postage to return these items.

Items should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery as this will provide you with a tracking number for the item you are returning.
All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed.
Actionlab cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of returned product, we will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge.
Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.
- Ordering
- To order products from our site all you need to do is click on the product you like and add it to your shopping cart.
- When you have finished browsing, hit the checkout button. If you have used our website before you can enter you email address and password and go straight into your account.
- If you are a new customer then you can either register or checkout as a guest.
- If you register, you will receive an email from us with your account login details.
- Alternatively, if you have a Paypal account, you can click on the Paypal express button and check out buying logging into your Paypal account.
- Once payment is complete you will automatically be redirected to Actionlab.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept the following methods of payment: Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and PayPal.
- If you are paying with your PayPal account, you can insert your username and PayPal password and use your account as you normally would.
- Alternatively, we use PayPal payment gate way to process most major credit cards (outlined above). Just enter your card details and PayPal will do the rest.
- Once you have completed the transaction you should hit the return to merchant button which will take you back to the Actionlab website. You will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from service@paypal.co.uk.
- To view your order history just log in to your account using the "my account" link on our home page and click on "my orders"
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account details such as delivery address, contact details or news letter subscriptions, just log in to your account using the "my account" link on our home page. Here you can edit your address book, update contact details, change your password, sign up for our news letter or review products that you have purchased from us so that other users can benefit from your experience.
